On the morning of June 3, GMU Psychological Counseling Center invited Professor Shu Man from the Institute of Psychological Quality Education, East China Jiaotong University, to conduct an online Mental Health Education Lecture for GMU’s counselors. More than 70 counselors, head teachers of each School and relevant teachers listened to the online lecture.
    Combining his own work and life experience, Shu Man introduced various methods to stimulate students’ motivation and campus mental health work tips through vivid examples. And then he explained in detail how to stimulate students’ motivation, especially introduced two effective and convenient methods. Teachers learned about the knowledge of mental health maintenance during the pandemic and how to praise and stimulate students’ learning motivation through the lecture so that students’ mental state can be properly adjusted and GMU’s work can be orderly conducted.
