On this occasion, the establishment of the alliance is of special significance and a vivid example of the expansion of bilateral cooperation between ancient China. In the face of various challenges in the process of globalization, the alliance will create more equal and mutually beneficial exchange opportunities for higher medical education and help build a community of shared future between the two countries. He pointed out that in the 66 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, educational cooperation and exchanges have always been an important link for friendship between the two countries. Jiangxi Province attaches great importance to the opening up of education to the outside world. In the field of higher medical education, it has built a complete talent training system covering the master's degree, forming a distinctive discipline cluster. As the leading party of the alliance, Gannan Medical University has rich experience in international cooperation. Cuban medical education has a deep background and obvious advantages in tropical disease prevention and control, public health emergency response and other fields. The cooperation between the two sides has a natural fit and a broad space. Wang Yong stressed that the alliance should build a talent training community. Focus on clinical medicine, nursing and other advantageous majors, jointly build a curriculum system and practice base, send teachers and students to exchange, and cultivate medical talents with both international vision and professional literacy. We should build a collaborative platform for scientific research and innovation. Focusing on the prevention and control of major diseases, public health emergency response and other fields, we will share scientific research resources and achievements to help the development of medical and health undertakings in the two countries. It should be a bridge between people's hearts. Through academic seminars, cultural exchanges and other activities, we will enhance the mutual understanding between teachers and students of the two countries, so that the friendship of the Middle Ages can be passed down from generation to generation in medical education cooperation.
