In order to assure the stable and efficient returning work, the staff of the School of Basic Medicine Sciences (SBMS) took measures to offer service for the students.

All the counselors, head teachers and experimental technicians of SBMS worked in the frontline of students’ returning service from beginning to the end.

In the early stage, the counselors indentified the name list of the returning students and disinfected the dormitories in advance.

During the returning day, the leaders and the frontline staff of SBMS welcomed the students together. In the meantime, all the staff actively helped students to carry luggage, verify identifications, move to dormitories, distribute supplies, etc.

After students returned to school, all the counselors, head teachers and experimental technicians took turns to maintain the order of taking meals and led students to do exercises so as to strengthen the closed-loop management.

The staff of SBMS worked together to serve the returning work, which assured the subsequent work to be conducted smoothly.
