From January 4 to 14, the online final examination of the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year of the School of International Education (SIE) ended. All examinations were conducted on line, with a total of 120 students from 5 Batches participating.
Since the spring semester in 2020, SIE had been carrying out online teaching in an all-round way according to the national requirements. SIE encouraged and supported teachers to make full use of network platforms and various online course resources to carry out teaching.
SIE attached great importance to the online final examination and carried out a series of preparation before the examination. The Notice on the Arrangement of the Final Examination for International Students in the 1st Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year (the second half of 2021) was formulated. Combined with the previous work experience, the online examination rules were revised; the work plan for the final examination for international students in the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year was formulated, and the relevant plans for the examination were discussed. The invigilator training of teachers was carried out before the examination; the examination style and discipline education was strengthened in the freshmen entrance education, and the relevant mock examinations were arranged for all students.
In order to ensure the fairness of the examination, Zoom conference and Superstar examination procedures were used at the same time. Each candidate was required to be in the invigilators’ lens. The examination work plan and examination room inspection were strictly implemented during the examination process. Invigilators were highly responsible, earnestly perform duties, and timely guide students to take the examination concerned according to regulations. Students consciously observed the examination discipline and be concentrated on answering questions. The examination locale was in order and the examination style was good.
After the examination, SIE will make the examination results in public within 1 month. Students can check scores through the official We-chat account of SIE.
