On the morning of October 3, Li Yapeng, the Chairman of Beijing Zhongshu Cultural Industry Group, along with his delegation, visited GMU for the Garden Donation Ceremony, which was conducive to the construction of the Huangjin Campus. Director Zhang Yang, singer Lao Lang, singer Li Quan, the Wild Children Band, Jiang Hua, one of the Directors of the Group, and his family members attended the ceremony. Li Gongjin, the Secretary of GMU Party Committee, Zeng Zexin, the Deputy Secretary of GMU Party Committee, Liao Zhiping, the Director of Propaganda Department of GMU Party Committee, and directors of Youth League Committee, Students Affairs Division, Office of GMU Party Committee, President Office of GMU, Infrastructure Construction Department and other departments attended the ceremony as well, with a total number of over 200 people. Though being unable to arrive at the ceremony, the actor Huang Xiaoming and the singer Yang Kun also participated in the donation.

    Peng Lei, the Secretary of Youth League Committee of GMU, delivered a welcome speech to express respect and heartfelt thanks to the guests for their love and support to GMU and students. The development of the society cannot be separated from the cultivation of talents in the university, and the development of the university cannot be separated from the care and help of the caring people in the society. Therefore, the school will have a better future with the help of these caring people.

    After that, GMU’s leaders and guests fertilized and watered the camphor trees, and GMU’s leaders presented souvenirs to the guests. During the interaction, Li Yapeng expressed joy at visiting GMU again and his best wishes for the prosperity of GMU. Lao Lang and other guests interacted actively with the teachers and students, creating a warm atmosphere.
