On the morning of October 14, Zeng Zexin, the Deputy Secretary of GMU Party Committee, held an Ideological Analysis and Judgment Meeting in the Huangjin Campus. The main leaders of the leading group for ideological affairs attended the meeting. Liao Zhiping, the Director of Department of Propaganda of GMU Party Committee, served as the host.
    The meeting analyzed the risk of ideological work in terms of ideological understanding, ideological theory, ideological standing, campus environment, network ideology, etc, and made the deployment for the next stage.
    Zeng Zexin pointed out that ideological work was an extremely important work of the CPC, and universities were the front positions of ideological work. Therefore, GMU must firmly grasp the leadership, right of management and speech. To realize the above-mentioned goals, firstly, GMU needs to improve the political standing and strengthen the political consciousness in ideological work. Secondly, GMU should implement each system and take responsibility for preventing and defusing risks in ideological work. Thirdly, GMU needs to consolidate the standing and effectively strengthen the construction and management of various ideologies. Finally, GMU should strictly implement the responsibility system for ideological work, consolidate the positive development of ideology, and take due responsibilities, so as to lay a solid foundation for promoting the high-quality development of GMU.
