On the evening of October 13, chaired by Doctor Jiang Feng, GMU’s 5th Rongjiang Forum in 2020 was held in the Scientific and Research Center in the Huangjin Campus. And the relevant professors, doctors and over 30 representatives of teachers and students attended the forum.
    Dr Liu Chengfu from the School of Pharmacy analyzed a new strategy for the stereoselectives synthesis of aryl carbides starting from syrup under the title of Study on the Method of Stereoselectives Synthesis of Aryl Carbides by Open-loop-Close-loop Strategy.

    Dr Huang Qitong from the Scientific and Research Center made a report on Diagnosis and Treatment Based on Carbon Dots Nanomaterials, which emphatically introduced the new zero-dimensional carbon nanomaterial (carbon dots) and the application in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
    The participants had a heated discussion around the research topics of the two doctors.
