On the afternoon of July 21, more than 20 teachers and members of GMU’s Communist Youth League visited The Stone Culture Exhibition Hall—the New Aesthetic Education Site of GMU. Lian Lu, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), served as the commentator.

During the visit, Lian Lu led the students to review the history of Chinese culture from the perspective of the history of the stone culture. She also introduced the types, characteristics of the ornamental stones and the stories and culture concerning the stones. Appreciating the 2 Moore stones named “Healing Force” and “The Light of Maternal Love”, the students were deeply impressed by the extraordinary craftsmanship of nature and deeply felt the persistence of benevolence of the medical workers over the past 79 years of the development of GMU.

It is reported that there are more than 400 pieces of collections in GMU’s Stone Culture Exhibition Hall at present. It is said that all the teachers and students can participate in the construction of the exhibition hall and make it an important site of aesthetic education site of GMU.
