On July 27, GMU Summer Vacation College Students Social Practice Activities in 2020 was launched in the Huangjin Campus. Zeng Zexin, the Deputy Secretary of GMU Party Committee, Ye Junming, the Vice-President of GMU, Liao Zhiping, the Director of the Department of the Propaganda of Party Committee, attended the launching ceremony.

    It is reported that the practice activity has set up 9 volunteer service teams, and nearly 200 teachers and students gathered in each New Era Civilization Practice Base to carry out the volunteer activities. Meanwhile, the teachers and students were encouraged to conduct the volunteer activities in the new civilization era through policy explanation, environmental improvement, health popularization and so on.
    There were also more than 100 people attended the ceremony, including leaders of the Students Affairs Office, GMU Youth League Committee and the affiliated Schools as well as some volunteers.
