On the afternoon of June 10, GMU held the Joint Conference on the United Front Work and the Ethnic and Religious Work in the Huangjin Campus. Zeng Zexin, Deputy Secretary of GMU Party Committee, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Lai Chuanjing, Director of the United Front Work Department of the Party Committee, presided over the conference.

  The meeting studied the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s speech in the National Commendation Conference for Ethnic Unity and Progress and the Conference for the Non-Party Members of the CPC Central Committee. In addition, the meeting also studied the Regulations on Religious Affairs of Jiangxi Province, conveyed the spirit of the meeting of Directors of the United Front Work Department of Ganzhou City and Jiangxi Province, and finally deployed relevant works.
    Zeng Zexin put forward 3 requirements for united front work and ethnic and religious work. Firstly, GMU faculty should raise awareness and work together. Secondly, GMU faculty should grasp the key and improve the work level. Thirdly, GMU faculty should clearly know the responsibility and do a good job in special inspection and rectification work.
    The directors of the relevant departments, United Front Work Department of the Affiliated Party Committee and other liaisons, attended the conference.
