GMU held the Security Meeting on April 29. GMU President Liu Qian attended it and delivered a speech. GMU Vice-President Ye Junming presided over the meeting.
    The leaders from Division of Propaganda, Division of United Front Work, Division of Students Affairs, Division of Security etc, as well as deans, attended the meeting.
 

   The meeting participants watched Jiangxi Province Education System Security Conference in 2020 held in Nanchang via video. The meeting read out the Security Construction Assessment of Jiangxi Province in 2019, and studied the Outline of Construction Work of Jiangxi Province in 2020.

    Liu Qian pointed out that the implementation of the provincial education system security spirit, as well as the complaints correspondence meeting, must be in place, and that GMU’s COVID-19 prevention and control of the pandemic and the security work must be well coordinated so as to safeguard the safety of teachers and students and campus stability.
   Based on the recent pandemic prevention and control work, Ye Junming made a judgement to the possible risks in terms of students’ returning to school, employment of graduates and students’ internship. He pointed out that all faculty should attach great importance to the relevant works, intensify measures and do a good job in security and stability. And the leaders concerned should fulfill responsibilities, personally deploy security and stability work and comprehensively enhance the abilities and levels of safeguarding campus security and stability.
