On the morning of April 30, GMU held this year’s Graduates’ Employment PromotionMeetingwhich was attended by GMU Vice-President Zhang Xiaokang, the main leaders of each school and all the staff of the Division of Enrollment & Career Guidance.

    Zhang Xiaokang pointed out that it was necessary to strengthen organizational leadership and put graduates' employment on the important agenda of the leading group. The main leaders in charge of employment should make arrangements in person and all staff should participate and take the initiative to refine the employment work arrangement and organize the employment activities meticulously.
    Zhang Xiaokang stressed that the Division of Enrollment & Career Guidance should make full use of the 3-level employment network system and social recruitment websites to organize graduates to actively participate in online recruitment activities and actively contact employers through multiple channels. And employment information and service for graduates should be provided.
    Zhang Xiaokang required the Division of Enrollment & Career Guidance to pay attention to special groups and provide precise employment assistance.
    At the meeting, the recent employment situation of this year’s graduates was reported and arrangements were made for the next step of employment. The relevant leaders of each school reported the current employment difficulties and solutions.
