On the afternoon of March 13, Tian Jun, the head of the 4th Inspection Team of COVID-19 Prevention and Control Team in Jiangxi Province and the 2-Class investigator of the Public Security Bureau of Jiangxi Province, came to GMU for the COVID-19 Prevention and Control inspection. Accompanied by Cheng Shuangfeng, the deputy mayor of Ganzhou People’s Government (GPG), and Huang FA, the deputy secretary-general and Office director of GPG, Tian Jun and his delegation were met with by GMU President Liu Qian, Vice President Huang Ruizhong and Ye Junming.

    In the international students’ dormitory, Huang Dong, Dean of the School of International Education (SIE), introduced the special practices of the Code Scanning Registration System, Daily Health Report system, donation of international students' alumni and so on. Tian Jun carefully read the COVID-19 prevention and control work materials in terms of foreign teachers and students management, the temperature monitoring record etc, and asked the staff to further strengthen the precise management of overseas returning personnel, actively guide foreign teachers and students to cooperate in the prevention and control of pandemic situation, conscientiously implement various measures for pandemic prevention and control, and resolutely prevent the occurrence of overseas pandemic input.
