On December 16, the 2nd Teaching Innovation Competition was held in the School of Pharmacy (SP). SP associate dean Ding Yechun presented awards to the winning teachers and teams.
The competition is divided into 3 parts, namely, Classroom Teaching Record, Online Evaluation of Teaching Innovation Report and On-site Teaching Design Innovation Report. In the 3rd link, the contestants made innovation design reports integrating the teaching content and teaching methods of the participating courses, highlighting the teaching reform and innovation, which judges raised questions and made comment.
Based on the characteristics of their own courses, the contestants gave a full display to the "Student-centered" teaching innovation, highlighted the teaching reform and innovation, and displayed their distinctive teaching designs and styles.
The heated competition boiled down to the first prize won by Shi Weimei's teaching team, second prize won by Tian Yuantong's team and Zhou Man's team, and the third prize by the team of Hu Bin, Peng Xiaopeng and Chen Weiliang.
Ding Yechun delivered a summary. He expressed the hope that all SP teachers took the teaching innovation competition as an impetus of the curriculum teaching reform, deepened the classroom teaching reform, and reshaped the classroom teaching mode on the basis of the innovative teaching content and methods, so as to boost the classroom teaching effect, and the quality of teaching and education as a whole.
