In order to broaden students' international horizons, improve their academic English ability and professional literacy, and cultivate students' global thinking and cultural communication skills, our school organized undergraduates to visit overseas in two groups during the winter vacation of 2026: from January 24 to February 5, 11 undergraduates were selected to visit the University of Western Australia; from January 27 to February 11, 10 undergraduates were selected to visit the Imperial College London. At present, both groups of students have successfully completed various tasks and returned to China on schedule.
During the visit, the students systematically participated in courses such as critical thinking, English academic ability, and comprehensive academic literacy improvement, while actively participating in activities such as academic lectures, simulation training and outdoor practice, which was fruitful. The visiting students said that this experience made them more confident in international learning and communication, effectively broadened their academic horizons, and laid a solid foundation for further study and scientific research in the future.
