On the afternoon of September 8, GMU held the Coordination Meeting for Welcoming the Freshmen in 2020. Vice-President Ye Junming, the leaders of each School and the relevant departments attended the meeting.

    Wang Jianfa, the Director of Students Affairs Division, introduced the check-in process of freshmen and the instructions. All relevant departments discussed the matters concerned one after another and put forward their opinions and suggestions.
    Ye Junming pointed out that the welcome work is of the most importance of the new semester, for it will make a first impression on freshmen and parents. Therefore, each department should try its best to make freshmen and parents feel pleasant and considerate. All in all, all departments and Schools should communicate and coordinate well to assure the orderly and smooth process of the welcome work.
