On July 31, the final of the 4th Teaching Competition for Young Teachers of Jiangxi Province jointly held by Jiangxi Education Union and Jiangxi Education Department was successfully concluded in Nanchang. During the 2-day competition, 139 young teachers from 64 universities attended the competition of Engineering group, Medical group, Science group, Liberal Arts group and Ideological and Political group. The young teachers of GMU showed their good professional quality and brand new spirit in the final contest. After a wonderful and fierce competition, Qiu Xiaohui of the School of Information Engineering of GMU won the first prize of the Engineering group. Lin Dongmei of the School of Nursing won the second prize of the Medical group, and the Trade Union of GMU was awarded the Excellent Organization Award.
